Here are a few necessary ground rules to keep Buzzzar comfortable as well as fun, for all of us.

By using this forum, you agree to these terms and conditions, and agree to be contacted by site administration, regardless of your account settings, if and when it becomes necessary to do so.
Posts made on forum.buzzzar.com are public and available to anyone with an internet connection.
Each user is allowed one account. If you have misplaced your account log-in details, do not re-register with a new user name – instead, please email administrator@buzzzar.com. Multiple registrations by the same person lead to confusion and inaccurate database details, hence your cooperation is appreciated.

Be polite, use common sense, don't break the law. The forum administration reserves the right to remove, modify or move posts as called for, and members who are consistently rude and/or disruptive may have their account disabled or suspended. Do not post or link to sites containing pornography or violence. Posts which the forum administration deems detrimental to the community may be edited.

This forum and posts made on it are governed by the laws of Singapore. While opinions about Singapore society are welcome, please do not make unjustified or potentially libellous statements about any person or institution, as this can make buzzzar.com as well as its members liable for legal action. The forum administration reserves the right to edit or remove posts which may be perceived to have crossed the line.
Any posts that encourage illegal intent will be removed and the account suspended or disabled.
Any abuse towards buzzzar.com may cause that member’s account to be suspended or disabled.

Members are responsible for their account, and share account details at their own risk.
Avatars should not contain or consist of images of sexual or violent nature. Signatures should not be offensive, insulting or sexually explicit, or incite illegal acts, violence or other negative behaviour.
Members’ details are private, and buzzzar.com will not release such information unless asked by the authorities for a specific reason.

As an initial promotion, buzzzar.com is allowing members to make posts recommending products and services, without treating these as advertising. The rules for this are simple: Make only one post for each product or service, and make it in the appropriate forum. Multiple posts and cross-posting are not allowed. Buzzzar.com is not responsible for the quality of any products and services which may be recommended on the discussion forums. Posters are not allowed to spam members by private message. While you may post negative reviews of products and services if you really wish to, remember that you do this at your own risk, and by doing so are open to action from the owners of such products and services.
